Milimatch is a patented application that identifies behavioral patterns through written language. Their goal is to help recruiters matching the best caregiver candidate to their client's needs. "MiliMatch breaks the cyclical recruiting process. Knowing your Client’s needs and aligning those needs with your caregiver's qualities allows your agency to achieve superior matchmaking decisions before you even invest the resources on on-boarding. While giving you the best probability for success and saving your agency time and resources."
My job at Jungsoft was to improve Milimatch's platform and create a Dashboard where the users (managers, recruiters, and schedulers) could keep track of their current applicants, send assessments to new prospective candidates as well as follow their monthly income and spending.
